main_regression.do is the do file to generate tables and figures in this paper
appendix_regression.do is the do file to generate tables in the online appendix
cluster2.do, ols_spatial_HAC.ado, reg2hdfespatial.ado are the spatial-temporal cluster codes. These files will be used by main_regression.do and appendix_regression.do
