These files are for replication of "Decentralization and Pollution Spillovers:  Evidence from the Re-drawing of County Borders in Brazil" by Molly Lipscomb and Ahmed Mushfiq Mobarak.
Files are in Stata version 14.  
Included should be a do file:  "RESTUD ALL TABLES", and three datasets:  Lipscomb_Mobarak_station_level_replication.dta, Lipscomb_Mobarak_muni_level.dta, and Lipscomb_Mobarak_lights.dta.
The do file should run using the included datasets to reproduce all tables in the paper.
